The room had a decent supply of tea and biscuits. the room was also a decent size. easy check in was provided. The process was quick.
The water pressure in the shower was rubbish. It was very weak. variable water temperature occurred in the shower. the bed was hard, and i woke up with backache.

The staff was professional and helpful. They quickly addressed all my requests. The room had complimentary toiletries and a coffee maker, which I found useful. The location was indeed great, close to many amenities.
The wifi connection was inconsistent during peak times, so sometimes I struggled to stay connected.

comfy bed easy entry slamming door flooded bathroom
The room was lovely! The bed was really comfy and I slept so well. Entry was easy, and the room was really clean.
The bedroom door was too big for the frame. It had to be slammed shut. There was no shower door so the bathroom got flooded after every shower. That was annoying.

the location was ideal. the room was clean and orderly. i enjoyed the proximity to nearby shops. the helpful staff added to a positive experience.
the tv remote malfunctioned. this made accessing certain channels a bit difficult. i hope they address this soon.

the hotel offered a breakfast buffet. it include cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit. the coffee machine worked well, and it provided a variety of hot beverages for guest. i appreciate the selection of juices available too.
